    The 32 Junior Fair Ambassadors members write, refine, and ultimately present a marketing plan encouraging businesses and civic groups to attend the fair and make a purchase at the market livestock.       Noble County Extension Homemakers held their annual Achievement Night on May 4 to honor outstanding members, make special awards and install officers for the upcoming club year. Members also participated in a monthly meeting held Nov. 2 at Wilson Lanes in Romney. A short business meeting was held to discuss upcoming events and activities, including the poster contest, officer's training school, the county awards banquet and the club fundraising project.
